STRETCH HOODER FB 1000
Is a stretch cold extension machine working with the capability to have up to 3 different reels of stretch tubular film. It has a capacity per hour beyond 80 p/h. The stretch hooding operates without flames or warm air, and it is suitable for any kind of product. In this system, there are all the qualities from the heat-shrink system: pallet seal, protection from atmospheric agents (water and dust) and good handling of the stretch film. Moreover, it allows BOCEDI to package different styles of pallets, with different perimeter measurements, and to obtain superior results, from an esthetic and economic side. The machine is available in two models, according to the customer’s needs.
STRETCH HOODER FB 2000
Is a stretch cold extension machine working with the capability to have up to 6 different reels of stretch tubular film. It has a capacity per hour beyond 260 p/h. The stretch hooding operates without flames or warm air, and it is suitable for any kind of product. In this system, there are all the qualities from the heat-shrink system: pallet seal, protection from atmospheric agents (water and dust) and good handling of the stretch film. Moreover, it allows BOCEDI to package different styles of pallets, with different perimeter measurements, and to obtain superior results, from an esthetic and economic side. The machine is available in four models, according to customer’s needs.
COMBINDED SHRINK HOODER FTB 421
It permits the hooding and shrinking of palletized loads through a single machine, reducing the room for installation. The hooding process is carried out by a shrink tubular reel and the heat shrinking process is carried out by partially recycled air in a stainless steel ring. The machine works with any type of low-pressure gas, reducing almost all the waste of energy. There is also the possibility to insert a lifting pallets device which allows the shrink film to be fixed on the inferior extremity of the pallet itself. Version from 1 to 6 reels, with automatic selection. It has a capacity per hour beyond 120 p/h. The machine is available in the electrical resistance version.
